Orthodontic correction of an anterior crossbite and deep overbite

This adult patient initially presented with a severe deep overbite, anterior crossbite of a lateral incisor, dental crowding, uncoordinated dental midlines, and a canted (angled) smile line. After comprehensive orthodontic treatment with braces, this patient’s teeth were aligned, dental midlines were coordinated, the deep overbite and anterior crossbite were corrected, and the patient’s smile line is now well-balanced. Of course, patient cooperation was absolutely essential in this case in order to achieve beautiful results in approximately 24 months. Love it!
